The Design Process ... Your Dream In 7 Easy Steps

Atlantis Web Designs LLC strives to offer a wide array of tools to help bring your idea of your web site to life. There are a few ways to accomplish this task. If you already have a website and simply need an updated look, give us all the files you have on hand from the previous webmasters. We will then enter the design process below at number 5, only we simply modify what you currently have according to your standards. However, if you don't have a website and require a complete ground-up creation, there is a set of procedures we follow, as outlined below.

Step 1

First Contact - The first time we receive contact from you (the client) and discuss what exactly you need.

Step 2

You forward us pictures, videos, brochures, - anything that will give us an indication of what you want your site to look like and also to help us get to know your business better so we can properly work on the project from your angle.

Step 3

We create several concept designs for you to choose from. Once all concept designs have been completed, you will be given a key to enter our members area of our website where you can access your concept designs.

Step 4

You choose the concept design and critique it (Note: Concept designs are not the real, working version of your website, they are concept only - an image of what your site will look like when it is finished. From these concept designs you change and modify them to fit your idea). You can choose one concept design and leave it at that or you can choose two and have us merge the two, or if you want, completely come up with another design yourself for us to integrate.

Step 5

We modify the chosen concept design to fit your idea, it is at this point where you will provide us with your chosen content for your website, and also where you choose whether or not to have added extras incorporated into your site such as flash-based imagery or dynamic forms (a complete list of extras for your site exist below these procedures). Step 6

After we receive your final approval of the chosen concept design we finally get to turn it into reality. At this point we you need to purchase a server hosting plan from us. Depending on your needs, you will be able to choose the appropriate package that suits you.

Step 7

We move your website from our members area to your web server and activate all of the chosen features. Congratulations, your web site is now online and ready to go!
