About The Company

Bringing a passion for business together with a passion for web technologies, Atlantis Web Designs, LLC was forged in the fall of 2006 by Bryce Winzeler and Erik Boyer. The two realized that they could provide local service at an incredible price, both helping offer something back to the local businesses of Northwest Ohio but also hold the potential to market to areas all over the United States.

During the summer of 2007, Atlantis worked closely with NorthWest Ohio's front running Internet Service Provider, Bright.Net to provide high-quality websites to its customers. AmeriTeam real estate now has online listings and real-time data for all the estates they show and sell online because of this tremendous achievement. Also during this time Bright.Net offered Atlantis another high-profile customer: the author of an upcoming book, "Walking Thoughts" by Roger Taylor. The Walking Thoughts project was a good chance for Atlantis to show that it can give the customer exactly what they want, as well as offer an online purchasing option.

In 2008 Atlantis rolled out one of its crowing achievements to date: the online scheduling application. Customer built for Vickie's Clipper Club out of Defiance, Ohio, the scheduling application allowed employees of the salon to record and keep track of all their customers' appointments digitally and efficiently through an intuitive web interface. Not only could the employees keep track of the appointments, but customers could also login and view what was scheduled for them. Although Vickie's Clipper Club has been sold to another owner, the technology behind the application still exists with Atlantis and is available to sale for any business with the need on online scheduling convenience.

2009 brought a fresh face to Atlantis. Utilizing the services of Eric McCoy for graphics and logo design, this would mark the beginning of an upward climb for the business. The spring of 2009 brought the signing of a prominent local business as a client: Schuck Jewelers, Ltd. This well-respected local business had tried to boost and assist with business in the past through a website, however had not been successful. Enter Atlantis, with an advanced site layout with millions of bytes of information. A dynamic homepage to encourage customer frequent visits for specials and coupons as well as a fun, educational interactive site that Schuck Jewelers uses within its physical store on a day to day basis is far from the disappointment as with previous websites. Reaching over 1700 hits in its first month online alone, schuckjewelers.com has truly brought a new access path for this local business.

Heading into 2010 looks bright for Atlantis. With the winning bid for an eCommerce store for a new startup business in Rhode Island, and the prospect for designing two local Internet Service Provider websites, the business is running at maximum warp toward news goals and new horizons...
